This appeal challenges the district court's order dismissing appellants' complaint for failure to serve respondent within 120 days after the complaint was filed, as required by NRCP 4(i). Appellants also challenge an interlocutory order quashing service of process for failure to exercise due diligence before resorting to service by publication.
