CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Lenny Landry, appeals from his Crosby1 plea to possession of clonazepam (Valium) and his sentence to 1 year imprisonment at hard labor, suspended, with 1 year active probation with conditions. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the conviction and sentence and remand.
