John Patrick Sweet (Sweet) appeals from the March 5, 1998 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (Common Pleas) that denied Sweet's appeal of the one-year suspension of his operating privilege.

Pursuant to the Driver's License Compact (Compact), 75 Pa.C.S. § 1581, and to 75 Pa.C.S. § 1532(b), the Department of Transportation notified Sweet that his operating privilege would be suspended effective July 15, 1997...
