¶ 1 The plaintiff, Mark Benjamin, filed a complaint in the District Court for the Ninth Judicial District in Toole County, in which he alleged that the defendant, Eric Torgerson, had sexually abused him numerous times, and that as a result he suffered psychological damage and mental distress.
