In this dissolution of marriage action, Devra Jeffers (wife) appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing her petition for dissolution of marriage from Nicholas G. Makropoulos (husband), and granting custody of their minor children to husband. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.
