Cramer Financial Group, Inc. brought suit against Jack Coker to enforce three promissory notes which Cramer had purchased from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Both parties appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict finding: that Cramer is the owner and holder of the notes in the aggregate principal balance of $105,514.00; that Cramer is entitled to interest on the notes in the aggregate sum of $6...
