In this wrongful termination of employment action, the defendants, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate"), Larry Rhodes and William Monie, Jr., appeal the trial court judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Rodney and Neva Nicholas. The jury found that Rodney Nicholas ("Nicholas") and Allstate had entered into an agreement which modified his at-will employee status, and that the defendants had breached the employment agreement and intentionally subjected...
