The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirmed an award of workers' compensation benefits to Veronica L. Drewes. The employer Trans World Airlines appeals, arguing that claimant's injury was not from an accident "arising out of and in the course of" employment. This Court granted transfer. Mo. Const. art.
