On November 2, 1998, plaintiffs in the above captioned case filed a Motion to Remand this action to the Puerto Rico Superior Court, San Juan. (Docket No. 5). The case was removed to this court by co-Defendant American Airlines (American). (Docket No. 1). Plaintiffs maintain that the inclusion of Solstar Corporation D/B/A Travel Network (Solstar) as a co-defendant destroys the complete diversity of citizenship...
