THRASH, District Judge.

This is an appeal from the Commissioner's denial of Social Security disability benefits. It is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. No. 11-1], recommending affirming the decision of the Commissioner. The review of the Commissioner's decision is not a de novo review. The Court may not re-weigh the evidence or substitute its own judgment for that of the Commissioner.
