EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

The superior court entered final judgment for Thomas Seaward against his former business partners. It also awarded him attorney's fees under Alaska Civil Rule 82(b)(2) and costs to reimburse his accountancy fees. Because we conclude that the superior court correctly treated the final judgment as a non-money judgment, we affirm the award of attorney's fees under Civil Rule 82(b)(2) and reject...
