Police officers searched defendant's residence pursuant to a search warrant and discovered evidence of his involvement with a marijuana growing operation. Before trial, defendant moved to suppress that evidence, arguing that the affidavit supporting the search warrant did not set forth facts sufficient to establish probable cause for the search.
