Henry Hall Ware, and Margaret Ware Deimling, individually and as Executors on behalf of the Estate of Henry H. Ware, Jr. ("plaintiffs") obtained a final judgment against Clarence H. Glover, Jr. ("defendant"). See Glover v. Ware, 222 Ga.App. 297, 474 S.E.2d 1 (1996).
