The defendant, Warren Creecy, was charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute a violation of La.Rev.Stat. 40:966(A)(2). Following a hearing on the defendant's motion to suppress the evidence, the district court found probable cause to arrest and denied the motion. The defendant then withdrew his former plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty as charged pursuant to State v. Crosby,
