Before me are two pro se habeas corpus petitions filed by federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) inmates under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioners were both convicted on drug charges under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (possession with intent to distribute cocaine), and both have participated in the Bureau of Prison's Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) while in prison.
