In an appeal from the district court's order in response to the trustee's supplemental petition, trust beneficiaries challenge the court's determinations that (1) it had jurisdiction over the trust, (2) the trust instrument gave the trustee the authority to sell a trust asset, and (3) the trustee did not breach its fiduciary duties.
