OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Cliff Thelbert Lincoln ("Lincoln") and Trilby Lyn Richardson ("Richardson") were married in June 1988. The couple had three daughters together, one of whom was the three-year-old victim in this case. Lincoln and Richardson divorced in October 1992. At the time of the divorce, Richardson resided in New Mexico. Lincoln was in the Navy and stationed in Virginia. The divorce agreement prohibited either parent from taking the children...
