OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge

Appellant, Lyndal E. Jones (Jones), appeals his conviction and sentence for Operating While Intoxicated,1 a Class D Felony,2 and the trial court's forfeiture of his $295 cash bond.

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
