Bobbie Strickland, as executor of the estate of his wife, Gloria Strickland, sued the Hospital Authority of Albany/Dougherty County d/b/a Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, as well as several employees of the hospital, alleging that the defendants negligently injured his wife.
