Over his plea of not guilty, a jury found Appellant, Jody D. McCain, guilty of murder. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02 (Vernon 1994). The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections, Institutional Division. McCain appeals on four points of error. He alleges three errors by the trial court: (1) denying a motion to suppress evidence, (2) allowing improper cross-examination...
