¶ 1 This case comes to us on interlocutory appeal. Defendants, Roberta A. Chase and Wesley D. Curry, appeal the district court's denial of their motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. ("Starways"), made a prima facie showing that defendants have had sufficient contacts with the State of Utah to justify the state's imposition...
