After the trial court revoked his probation, Rodolfo Alvarez was sentenced to eight years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the offense of indecency with a child by contact. Alvarez appeals, contending the trial court erred in refusing to conduct an evidentiary hearing on whether the guilty plea underlying his probated sentence was voluntary. We agree and...
