A Mitchell County trial court granted Antonio Glenn's motion to compel the State to reveal the identity of its confidential informant ("CI"). The trial court did so solely on the basis that the CI "was paid compensation by the law enforcement agents for the furnishing of information" and, hence, was "an agent of law enforcement."
