MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Petitioner Nolen Chambers filed a 28 U.S.C. § 2254 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus challenging his conviction for murder and attempted armed robbery. For the following reasons, the petition is denied.
