NOW before the Court is John Deere Construction Equipment Company's Amended Motion To Dismiss Chapter 13 Case and the Amended Motion By Creditor Utraco Plant and Machinery, Ltd., to Dismiss Chapter 13 Case. This opinion constitutes the Court's findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by Fed. R.Bankr.Proc. 7052 and disposes of all issues before the Court.
