This matter is before the Court on the parties' cross motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff has brought this case under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq., against Defendant Omega Management, Inc., a property management company. The Court finds that Defendant is not a "debt collector" under the FDCPA, and will therefore grant Defendant's motion for summary judgment...
