Chipa Wolf appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment to the defendants, Thomas McCollum and Cherokee Rose Wolfe f/k/a Ellen McCollum, in the underlying declaratory judgment action regarding title to land. Wolf filed the declaratory judgment action in order to establish title to a certain piece of property he claims by either gift of the defendants or adverse possession against the defendants.
