At issue before the court is Plaintiff ConAgra Inc.'s ("ConAgra") Renewed Motion to Compel discovery of certain documents withheld from production1 by Defendant Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company ("Arkwright").2 For the reasons stated below, Plaintiff's Motion is granted.
