By jury, Gregory Taylor was convicted of second degree burglary. In bifurcated proceedings, the jury found that he had two "strikes" within the meaning of the Three Strikes law (Pen.Code, §§ 667, subds.(b) to (i); 1170.12) and he had three prior felony convictions for which he served two separate prison terms (Pen.Code, § 667.5, subd.
