PER CURIAM:

Defendant-Appellant Hernan Enrique Burgos ("Burgos") appeals his conviction and sentence for mail fraud. We affirm.

I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

A fourteen count indictment alleged that Burgos, a psychiatrist, knowingly billed certain insurance companies for services that he did not provide to his patients who were insured by the companies.
