We granted leave in this case to determine whether an employer's duty to accommodate a handicapped employee includes the duty to transfer that employee to a different job or position under the Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (HCRA), M.C.L. § 37.1101 et seq.; M.S.A. § 3.550(101) et seq. We hold that it does not and, therefore, affirm the Court of Appeals affirmance of the trial court's grant of summary disposition...
