This matter is before the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss for want of personal jurisdiction, or in the alternative, to transfer to the District of Minnesota. In this diversity action, plaintiff Affinity Memory & Micro, Inc. sues defendant K & Q Enterprises, Inc. for breach of contract, constructive fraud, and actual fraud, and seeks $98,240.30 in compensatory damages, and $500,000 in punitive damages...
