On June 15, 1998, this court partially granted both Plaintiffs' and Defendants' respective Motions for Summary Judgment. In that order, this court determined that Plaintiffs were entitled to recover their attorney's fees under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA"), and ordered Plaintiffs to submit an affidavit detailing reasonable attorney's fees and costs.1 20 U.S.C....
