CARTER, Judge.

The defendant, Brenda Rodrique, was charged by indictment with one count of second degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. She pled not guilty. After a jury trial, she was found guilty as charged by a unanimous verdict. She moved for post-verdict judgment of acquittal and for new trial, but the motions were denied. She was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. She now appeals...
