James Orlando Cloud was convicted of rape, aggravated sodomy, and kidnapping. He enumerates seven errors on appeal.
This case arose one evening after Cloud telephoned the victim and asked if she wanted company. In response, the victim picked Cloud up and drove him back to her apartment. Shortly after their arrival, Cloud complained that he was tired of her playing with him.
