William Church was convicted of several offenses stemming from an incident in which he drugged and sexually assaulted a seventeen-yearold boy in a hotel room. Church's convictions include two counts of child enticement, under § 948.07, STATS., which he appeals on the grounds that the two counts are multiplicitous because they are based on a single act of enticement.
