Gary Lynn Davis appeals from the April 9, 1997 order entered in the Armstrong County Court of Common Pleas which denied, without prejudice, his motion for extraordinary relief challenging the constitutionality of the sexually violent predator provisions of Pennsylvania's Megan's Law. Appellant argues the trial court erred when it failed to hold a hearing to determine his double jeopardy challenge prior to its attempt to follow the statutory prerequisites...
