GASKINS, Judge.

The defendant, Charles E. Swafford, Jr., was originally charged with felony theft of over $500 and simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. He pled guilty to middle-grade theft and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. The trial court sentenced him to serve five years imprisonment at hard labor and 12 years imprisonment at hard labor without benefits, respectively. He appealed.
