In this appeal from the trial court's grant of a sheriff's motion for summary judgment, the plaintiffs contend that the trial court erred in refusing to consider, in ruling upon that motion, an expert witness' affidavit. Additionally, the plaintiffs urge that the trial court erroneously granted the motion for summary judgment.
