Plaintiff, an employee of Defendant, Tandy Corporation, says that her supervisor at work sexually harassed her in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII") and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, KRS Chapter 344.
