CARR, District Judge.
In this breach of contract case, plaintiff claims that defendant breached an agreement to sell the stock of a Ford-Mercury dealership it owned. Because the parties are diverse and the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000, this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Pending are plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment (Doc. 18) and defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 19).
