For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, plaintiffs' Motion for Attorney's Fees and Costs is hereby DENIED. If a reviewing court should determine on appeal that plaintiffs were entitled to attorney's fees and costs, however, this court calculates the amount to which plaintiffs would be entitled as $15,533.33 in fees and $548.00 in costs.
