This case involves a claim of price discrimination in violation of the Clayton Act, ch. 323, § 2, 38 Stat. 730 (1914), as amended by the Robinson-Patman Act, ch. 592, § 1, 49 Stat. 1526 (1936) (codified as amended at 15 U.S.C.A. § 13(a)).
