Brenda and Elco McCormick appeal from the trial court's order dismissing their complaint. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in finding the complaint was void because the McCormicks' counsel was not a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and, therefore, was not authorized to practice law at the time he signed the complaint.
