Movant Ronald Stephen White was convicted of bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113 (Count 1 of 91-00031-C), carrying a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence under 18 U.S.C. § 924 (Count 2 of 91-00031-C), and escape from custody under 18 U.S.C. § 751 (Count 1 of 92-00034-C).
