PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This action was instituted by a writ of summons that was issued on June 7, 1995. Plaintiffs filed a complaint on or about July 11, 1995, alleging the following three counts; (1) statutory bad faith, (2) breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and (3) loss of consortium. Defendant, Old Republic, filed preliminary objections to the complaint, which were disposed of by a panel of this court...
