Plaintiff brings this action on behalf of himself and as the duly appointed executor of the Estate of Ramon Gimeno to recover funds allegedly fraudulently obtained by defendants in violation of the laws of the United States and of the State of New York. The case is before the Court on (1) defendant Calixto E. Lanauze's ("Lanauze") motion to dismiss the complaint as against him for lack of personal jurisdiction...
