Before the Court is plaintiff's motion to reconsider motion for summary judgment. This case arises out of an October 6, 1994 automobile accident in Metairie, Louisiana. At the time of the accident, plaintiff was in the course and scope of his employment for Auction Transport, a subsidiary of ADT Holdings ("ADT"). All demands in this case have settled, except plaintiff's claim for uninsured motorist ("UM")...
