Plaintiff Bobbie Fisher, a former employee of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development ("DHCD"), has brought this action against the DHCD and Raymond Skinner, Susan Gregson, Gregory Tavin, Rodney Wiesinger and Robert Goodman. The individual defendants are all employees with the DHCD. Fisher claims that during her employment with the DHCD she was subjected to sexual harassment, race discrimination, age discrimination...
