In this action brought under the Air Carrier Access Act of 1986, 49 U.S.C. § 41705, Constance Price, on behalf of herself and her son (now deceased) seeks damages as a result of their being removed from a Comair flight owing to an odor emanating from bandaged tumors on Gregory Price's legs.
